For our aviary, we have chosen birds which fascinated us most. The reason you will see Sun Conures, Moustache Parakeets and White-Bellied Caiques on our website is because each of those breeds has charmed us with the beauty of its plumage, its personality as well as its ease to adapt to condition of captivity.
Almost all our birds are pet birds, meaning that they are tamed and have lived with us until they have reached maturity. We have noticed that tamed parrots of the three breeds we take care of, make excellent breeding couples. They do not fear nest inspections nor do they display signs of nervousness at our frequent visits to their rooms: this confidence, in turn, seems to be passed on to their chicks which tend to be relatively fearless when taken out of their nest.
We do our best to provide our birds with pleasant living conditions, offering them clean and well ventilated environment.
The cages are sufficiently large to allow the birds to fly.
They each contain a bath, natural branches, toys, a "brochette" for fruits and feeders containing varied and abundant food.
Each cage is equipped with a full-spectrum light source.
